I am in Ozark this morning, have been out to the Ed Lisenby lake and done my three and half miles, gotten my shower and I feel really good. Mentally I am okay too. There is lots to be thankful for, the weather is warming up and it is feeling good. This is a good time of year when it has not yet gotten too hot. But, if one waits it is terrible here in the summer. The heat gets oppressive and it feels good to stay in the house. We are pampered though. Long ago people got use to the heat and endured it. They did not use up the earth's resources for air conditioning. I believe it is a healtier life stile also not to have air conditioning, unless one has an illness that is affected by the heat.
